Relaxation Massage
A relaxation massage is a full-body massage designed to reduce stress and tension, typically lasting an hour. Included in this massage are neglected areas such as your back, chest, head, arms, hands, legs, and feet. It's a great stress management technique.
Pressure is usually anywhere from light to deep, depending on the client's preference. If you prefer to focus on a specific area, we can usually do that in a 30-minute appointment.

Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy is used to detect and correct imbalances in the craniosacral system. This system consists of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.
This therapy has been successfully used to treat conditions such as headaches and TMJ. Typically, 30 minutes or more can be added to a 60-minute massage appointment.
